We are so glad to have found Stephanie to help with walking our dogs. I find it very difficult to trust anyone with walking them since they both unfortunately pull a lot. With Stephanie, however, I have had no doubts or concerns in her ability to manage them. She is very punctual, takes amazing care of my girls, reports back anything out of the ordinary that she spots with them, sends pictures every time, and most importantly they love her and really look forward to her coming around to see them. I can't recommend Stephanie highly enough for both training and dog/house-sitting. We have been working with her for 2-3 years now. Our dog family is unconventional, to say the least. All three are rescues, and all three have trauma from their past lives. The youngest, a chihuahua mix, is so terrified of everything that she can barely go outside.
And yet, she loves Stephanie and comes out of her shell for her!
My boy, a big dopey pit mix, was adopted right when COVID began in 2020, so he wasn't socialized properly. He also has bad leash habits. Even though it's already been 6 years, Stephanie is making real, noticeable progress with him on both of those issues. Stephanie CAN teach an old dog new tricks somehow.
The eldest, another chihuahua mix, is prone to barking a lot, and the other two join in. Now, as soon as the doorbell rings, I walk into the next room where the treats are, and they just follow me. No cacophony of barking!
In other words, they're all a collective mess, and Stephanie is the first and only person to get through to them (we've gone through four trainers already).
I would also highly recommend Stephanie for dog/ house-sitting as well. She understands that we're always thinking about them, even on vacation.
Stephanie won't just send you a picture, she'll send you pictures and videos continually, every single one of which including a caption about what was going on at the time. If you can't get enough of your pet even while on vacation, then you want Stephanie.
She's punctual, diligent, communicative, and responsible. Absolutely zero issues any time we've gone away. Stephanie will be there when she says she will, she'll make sure they all eat and have fresh water, she'll take them for walks, play with them with toys and brain games, give them medications on schedule, etc.
Essentially, you hire Stephanie for when you're going to be away and, even if your dog is special needs, you can just leave and rest easy knowing everything will be fine. That level of reassurance is VERY hard to find with sitters. You'll be happy you went with Stephanie!

Stephanie was a godsend in watching my senior cat when I went away for an extended trip to South America. For a cat that is quite shy and didn’t like people, he warmed up to her and was on his best behavior as she cared for him. I was delighted with the daily photo updates on my little lad and knowing that he was being loved and well cared for by an attentive pet sitter. She asked questions about best ways to make he was stimulated and has earned his undying love and affection to this day. I can’t imagine entrusting his care to anyone else.

We originally found Stephanie when we were looking for someone we could trust to provide drop in visits for our senior dog, Daisy. Like many dog parents, we’re very protective and were anxious about leaving her in someone else’s care. From the moment Stephanie came for a meet and greet, we felt at ease. She's also remained our go-to for drop-in visits, including during more stressful times, like when Penny was recovering from knee surgery and needed extra care. There is truly no one we trust more, not just with our dogs, but in our home. Stephanie is incredibly respectful of your space, always making sure everything is secure, clean, and exactly as she found it. She is reliable, responsive, and kind, and it's obvious how much she loves what she does (and loves the dogs she works with!). As an added bonus, she sends updates and photos tailored to your preference (we love lots of pictures, and she delivers!). We feel so lucky to have found her and can't recommend her highly enough for walks, drop-in visits, or training support.
